Shipping policy

Delivery is available Monday-Friday

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. 

• Next-Day or Named-Day delivery is not Same-Day delivery.

• Orders placed after 11am or on Weekends and Public Holidays, will be processed the next working day and dispatched according to delivery method chosen. 

• Delivery is between 9am-6pm, whilst we try to accommodate your delivery needs, we cannot guarantee a specific time for your order to arrive due to, but not limited to, such as traffic issues, weather disruption or other unforeseen delays.

• If you have any questions, regarding the delivery of your item with DHL, please contact DHL with your tracking number.
