Accounts| Do I have to create an account with Nneyah Cards & Gifts to place an order?
•No, you do not have to create an account with us to order online. However, setting up an account saves your details, order history and keeps track of your reward points. Card sizes| What are the sizes of cards available?
• All sizes displayed on our website are in inches.• Here's our current range: 5x5, 6x8, 6x12, 8x8, 8x10, 12x16.
Cards & Gifts | How do I order Personalized, Customized and Special Request items?
• Cards can be customized with words supplied by the customer • To send details fill in the Make Mine Special page online. Please do not send requests via email or SMS, the order will not be processed. • All Customized and Special Request items require a full payment of the total order before items are crafted for delivery. Delivery date is counted from the day payment is confirmed.
Please note: large quantity invitations require proof to be finalized at least 2 weeks before confirmed delivery date.
Delivery| Where does Nneyah Cards & Gifts deliver?
• In Lagos: Courier and DHL Express delivery are available for Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and the Mainland. • For Interstate & International orders, delivery is provided via DHL or FedEx only.
The exact delivery dates available and charges for your order will depend on the delivery address.
Invitations| How soon do I need to order invitations for my upcoming event?
• All invitations are handmade to order and fall under the category of "Personalized, Customized and Special Request items". • The lead time is dependent on order quantity once proof is finalized. • Current sizes offered in inches are: 4x6, 6x8.
Large orders| Can I order large quantities?
• Yes. • Large orders in value or quantity require 100% deposit of the total order value prior to items being crafted. These include customized, non-customized and Special Request items.
Payment| How do I pay for my items?
• Pay via Bank Transfer, Paystack and PayPal (details provided at checkout).
Privacy| Are my personal details kept private?
• Your personal details are not passed on to third-parties without your permission. • Credit card details entered on payment gateways are not disclosed to Nneyah Cards & Gifts.
Returns| Can I return my items?
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items under the category of:
handmade, customized, personalized, special requests, accessories, gifts, gift bags, personal items such as but not limited to jewellery, clothing, non-perishable goods and perishable goods such as but not limited to cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages and flowers.
Security and Liability| What happens to my credit card and payment information?
• Nneyah Cards & Gifts uses recognized secure payment gateways such as Quickteller and PayPal. However we are not liable for any mishaps or financial loss as result of details entered on payments gateways. Please contact your financial institutions for any issues or problems incurred.
