Delivery date is counted from the day payment is confirmed.  Please note: certain large orders may require at least 7 working days.

Please understand, Make Mine Special cards are handcrafted custom-made designs based on your words/image.  Therefore, we are unable to make a finished product before you pay.

If you would like to see a design before paying, please choose a card already available on the website, under your required occasion.

Sorry, no.  To avoid any errors, requests via email, Instagram, SMS or WhatsApp are not accepted - your order will not be processed.

Unfortunately, details cannot be changed once your order is submitted.

Any changes will require payment for a new order.  To avoid this, please check all details are accurate before accepting the disclaimer on the Make Mine Special  page.

All sizes displayed on our website are in inches.• Here's our current range: 4x6, 5x5, 6x8, 6x12, 8x8, 8x10, 12x16.  Further information available on our Sizes page.

The lead time is dependent on order quantity once proof is finalized.

All invitations are handmade to order and fall under the category of "Personalized, Customized and Special Request items".  Current sizes offered in inches are: 4x6, 5x5, 6x8.

On average, large quantity invitations require proof to be finalized at least 7 working days
before confirmed delivery date.

We take great care in crafting your order and delivering the best with the aim that you'll be happy with our services and products.  However, due to the personalized nature of our gifts and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items under the category of: handcrafted, handmade, customized, personalized, special requests, accessories, gifts, gift bags, personal items such as but not limited to jewellery, clothing, non-perishable goods and perishable goods such as but not limited to cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages and flowers.

Please also note, due to the on-going Coronavirus pandemic, once an order is dispatched, returns will not be accepted.  Please read our Returns Policy.

Images & Pictures

Yes, you can add image or picture to any product that has Upload Image button.

By uploading an image or picture, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You have the right to use any image or picture uploaded.

You will not upload someone else's (company or individual) design.

You are happy with the image or picture quality (we do not alter image quality).

Uploading an image or picture will take up design space.

Delivery

We deliver locally and internationally.

In Lagos, we currently offer Named Day & Next Day delivery for Ikoyi & Victoria Island.  All Other Areas is 2-3 working days.

Collection-in-2-Days is also available from our collection point in Broad Street.

For Interstate & International orders, delivery is provided via DHL or FedEx only. The exact delivery dates available and charges for your order will depend on the delivery address. Please call to confirm.

Yes.  Collection is available 2 working days from when payment is confirmed, from our collection point at Broad Street in Lagos.

eg. [Order Monday =  Collect Wednesday]  [Order Thursday = Collect Monday]

The collection point is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm

You can pick a delivery date.  Simply choose a date on the product page calendar and select the delivery option for your area during the checkout process.  Unfortunately, you cannot specify a time.

• Next-Day or Named-Day delivery is not Same-Day delivery.

• Delivery is between 9am - 6pm, whilst we try to accommodate your delivery needs, we cannot guarantee a specific time for your order to arrive due to, but not limited to, such as traffic issues, weather disruption or other unforeseen delays.

• Orders placed after 11am or on Weekends and Public Holidays, will be processed the next working day and dispatched according to delivery method chosen. 

• If you have any questions, regarding the delivery of your item with DHL, please contact DHL with your tracking number.

Yes, if your delivery method is with DHL or FedEx. You will receive the waybill tracking number once your item is dispatched via email and SMS.  Please click on the link to be directed to the DHL or FedEx website to track your order. 

Non-delivery will result in you having to pay for your order to be dispatched again.

To avoid this, please follow these steps:

• Provide the complete address, location and local contact number.  If we cannot locate the address, we cannot deliver.

• Make sure someone is available to receive the order.  It's nice to send a surprise gift but if there is no one there, you will have to pay for your order to be delivered again.

• Be mindful of the fact that the courier has other deliveries to make and cannot wait beyond 10 minutes at any location.

• If your order is dispatched with DHL or FedEx, you will have to contact DHL or FedEx directly regarding any concerns or issues with delivery.

Payment

You can pay via Bank Transfers, Pay with QR code & PayPal. Details are shown during checkout.

Privacy, Security & Liability

Your personal details are not passed on to third-parties without your permission and are only used within the scope of the permission granted.  For example, your shipping details are only used for the purpose of delivering your order.

Credit card details entered on payment gateways are not disclosed to NNEYAH Cards & Gifts. NNEYAH Cards & Gifts uses recognized secure payment gateways such as PayPal. However we are not liable for any mishaps or financial loss as result of details entered on payments gateways. Please contact your financial institutions for any issues or problems incurred. To avoid such, please ensure your browser is enabled with accredited up-to-date internet security software.
